Red 7 Recruitment Ltd was initially set up by 2 long term friends with a vision, that vision was to provide an excellent service to both clients and candidates within the health and social care arena. Having previously gained experience working within a number of recruitment sectors, both directors have a clear understanding of how to deliver the highest level of service, which is reflected in how we conduct ourselves as a company.
We realise that a company is only as good as the staff it employs and that an excellent reputation takes many years to establish, with this in mind it is extremely important to ensure that the right calibre of candidates are considered.
