Home Manager Position in Merseyside.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager to join a newly built Care Home located in Merseyside.
The purpose built home specialises in long and short term residential and dementia care for people over the age of 65. They offer a range of different facilities which includes rehabilitation and respite care.
If you are successful for this role, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum with great additional benefits.
As the Home Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the care home. Ensuring the home is run with a professional administration function and professional person centre care, you will report daily to the operations manager. Overall, you will be responsible for the operation of the home and will need to be comfortable in liaising with social care regulators, local authority and other regulators to ensure a satisfactory standard. Your aim will be to ensure the maximum occupancy levels of the home are met at all times.
We are looking for someone that holds level 5 management qualifications and a minimum three years’ experience with managing a residential or dementia care home with a proven track record. You will also need strong leadership skills and staff management experience, as well as an understanding of budgets, KPI targets and P&L.
To be considered for this role you must have a Level 5 NVQ qualification or A Nurse and a minimum 3 years’ experience with managing a home.
