We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee our successful Extra Care Unit in Somerset whilst growing the domiciliary side of the business. You will be assisted by 2 Field Care Managers who will look after the Extra Care Scheme giving you the time to devote to the domiciliary business.
You will be responsible for the management of the care workers ensuring all of the existing Care team our developed and trained. Health, Safety and Quality assurance, recruitment and training, supervisions and appraisals, service calls, the management of the schemes budgets and P&L'S and ensuring continuous Business Development, branch growth and profitability.
