Support Worker
Salary: £25,500.80 - £30,203.16 (dependent on hours)
Hourly rate: £11.23 to £11.65 per hour (£73.89 per sleep in shift)
Location: Nuneaton (Supported Living Service)

The Company
Nurse Seekers are proud to be working for an established Social Care company who provide a range of services for Adults with Learning Disabilities across the North of Warwickshire. They pride themselves in providing each person they support with a flexible and responsive approach.
The Role
Our client is currently looking for Support Workers to add to their already established and well experienced team based in their supported living services in Nuneaton.
The right candidate for the role will be kind, compassionate and caring with a genuine drive to improve the lives of others at such a critical time in their lives.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting people with everyday tasks such as cleaning, shopping, food preparation, cooking and budgeting
- Supporting people to meet up with friends and family and maintain relationships
- Supporting people to pursue leisure activities in their local area.
- Supporting people to meet their personal care and eating and drinking needs
- Supporting people to arrange health appointments, attend health appointments and to administer medication
Candidate Requirements
- No previous experience is necessary as full training and induction will be given
- A car that you can use for work with business insurance
- To be able to work a range of hours/ shifts that will include daytimes, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts. Hours of work are provided via a rota at least three weeks in advance
- Working 3 weekends out of 4 if full-time
- Candidates must be willing to work in Nuneaton and surrounding areas
