The Job
- Car owner / driver essential
- Permanent contract - up to 30 hours per week plus overtime
- Must be available 7am - 9pm (Busiest period 7-10am)
- £14.50 per hour
- Overtime paid at £15.50 per hour
- Full training provided
- Up to 5 weeks p/a paid holiday

- Two days per week off including 1 weekend per month

Job Description
- Provide clients with personal care that may include: bathing and showering, oral care, toileting, dressing and assisting with eating
- Support clients with essential things like shopping and preparing meals
- Support clients with taking medication
- General household duties that may include: bed making, laundry, ironing and some light cleaning
- Promote client independence and activity appropriate to their abilities
- Provide general support to clients as part of a care team
- Communicate effectively with the care coordinator team and clients
- Write accurate care notes on our online system called Birdie
- Follow safe working practices
Carers are briefed about the specific tasks required before undertaking any new assignment. In every case the carer will be expected to carry out the work in a safe and professional way, adhering to the care plan and the policies and procedures of the company.
