As Senior Care Assistant you will:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the care team
  • Induct and mentor new employees
  • Instil a positive culture among the team, leading by example
  • Develop firm and trusting relationships with residents and relatives
  • Take a lead in resident care planning and review
  • Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Contribute towards effective medication management and safe administration
