We are looking for nurturing Nursery Practitioners who want to care for our babies, toddlers and preschool children in our new and developing nursery. Situated in the heart of Earlswood, our nursery has been designed to the highest standards where we strive to support our children through their earliest years to flourish socially and intellectually.
Whether you enjoy supporting each child with their early language skills through the love of sing songs, bring stories to life ‘going on a bear hunt’ or getting messy with the children in their ever-evolving play then Earlswood Early years could be for you! Ideal Candidate :

- Hold high expectations for the children in your care
- Have a sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- We have a thriving 0-2 year age group that is dedicated to caring for our youngest children. As the busiest part of the nursery we are looking for somebody who has a desire to be a part of this age group.
All successful candidates will undergo a 6 month probationary period. You will undergo a meeting with senior management every 1-3 months to review your progress.
Requirements :
- Level 3 in Childcare (MINIMUM)
- Full time (38 - 40 hours per week) Monday - Friday
- Optional 4 day week
- Driving license (Desirable)
- Working within the 0-2 year room (Must be comfortable with this) May need to support other rooms dependent on ratios
