As a Personal Support Assistant your goal is to promote and enable our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Personal Support Assistant roles can also vary from companionship, shopping, meal preparation and housework to aiding with medication, bathing and more personal care duties.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with bathing, washing and dressing.
- Assisting customers in and out of bed/wheelchair, with hoist if necessary.
- Assisting and feeding customers where necessary, and assisting/preparing meals and drinks as authorised in care plans and supporting with medication in strict accordance to care plans and medication assessments
