APC Care Limited is a company which provides home care services (otherwise known as domiciliary care). Our Service Users (otherwise known as clients) are those who, because of increasing age, disability or illness find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs. We are an independent company providing personal, practical and social care to our Service Users in their own home environment on a one to one basis. Our services are designed, primarily, for the elderly who are physically frail or housebound and are undertaken by our team of trained, dedicated and experienced staff. We provide care services to both private clients and those referred to us directly by Social Services. We operate in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.

We have an extremely broad range of services ranging from something as little as some company whilst walking the dog to 24 hour support with your personal care. We offer a flexible service to suit your lifestyle; we are available 365 days of the year and up to 24 hours a day, starting from as little as a 30 minute visit. We offer a competitive, fair and affordable service; you just need to tell us what ideas you have and then we can offer support according to your priorities and choices.

Your Guarantee of the Finest Care and Support

When we first meet with you we can discuss in detail exactly how you would like to be supported. This enables us to develop a unique Care and Support Agreement and choose a Care and Support Worker who is most compatible with you. Whenever you meet a Care Worker for the first time, your Supervisor will be there to introduce you properly and answer any questions you may have. Our Field Care Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that you are receiving the care and support you expect and deserve. They will be available to you by telephone 24 hours a day in case of emergencies.
