We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Manage preschool budgets, resources and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous recent experience of managing an early years setting - (permanent role)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., minimum Level 3 Diploma in Childcare)
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection legislation
(4-5 Days per week, all year round, children aged between 2-4yrs)

Surrounded by fields and a stone’s throw from Hainault Forest and Wellgate Farm we are able to regularly include trips out to learn about these beautiful natural environments.
