Are you looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to be part of the team in a unique and different kind of nursery? Our Ofsted Outstanding day nursery is a bilingual English and Spanish setting giving our children a unique opportunity to learn both languages and benefit from all of the advantages of being in a bilingual environment (speaking Spanish is not necessary though!)
We are a creative and innovative setting, with loose parts and open-ended resources, allowing staff to create engaging and stimulating learning opportunities for our children. We are looking for a room supervisor to join our amazing team.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
· Ensure baby room runs smoothly, supporting and supervising staff, working in partnership with parents and ensuring an engaging environment and learning opportunities
· Ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and that all legislation in relation to Health and Safety and Safeguarding is complied with.
· Support staff development and training, both formally and informally through being a good role model and modelling best practise
· Support the delivery of our curriculum, ensuring all children are receiving the best opportunities for learning and development
· Promote our values and challenge any behaviour that goes against them
· Build excellent relationships with our families to work in partnership with parents/carers
Education:
· Level 3 diploma minimum (Required)
· Paediatric First Aid (Required*)
· Safeguarding (Required*)
· DBS (Required*)

Habla Day Nursery aims to provide a happy, secure, stimulating, bilingual environment, which will support and challenge children in their exploration of the world around them.
