Criteria
? NMC Pin essential
? Be an ambassador for the service
? Up to date clinical practise
? Very experienced in compliance
? Experience in Quality, Governance and Managerial Leadership
? Management qualification
? Large Multisite experience
? Minimum of 3 year’s home management experience
