Baby Room Leader – Nursery / Early Years

£12.31 per hour

The Baby Room Leader role involves the day to day running of a either a 12 place under 18months unit or 12 place 18-30 month unit. Which position is most suited can be discussed at interview. Both room choices are thriving and often at capacity. Your position would involve the support, guidance and development of your team alongside ensuring the needs of the children in our care are met.

Ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and nurturing young children. The role involves managing a team of practitioners with consistency and high standards. Supervisory experience would, therefore, be beneficial.

Essential skills/Experience Full and Relevant Early Years Qualification at Level 3 + Sound knowledge of EYFS Willingness to undertake any training deemed necessary by the Management Team Ability to guide, nurture and develop your staff team. Understanding of Safeguarding Strong communication skills
