You will work within many family settings, this could be within a family home, foster placement or providing respite, sometimes you even get to go on holiday!
The work we do is from the heart, ensuring we can provide families, with the support they need from time to time.
You could be supporting a new family following the birth of their new born and discharge from hospital with parental skills and support or being there for a teen who is just struggling with the world at present.
If you have skills that can really make an impact into a young persons life then joining us is definitely the answer.
You will also reap the benefits as well, sometimes working on a 2:1 or on a 24/7 shift where you get to share best practice with the team you work with.

Skills Required:
- Patience, understand sometimes things aren't a quick fix and not everyone is a quick learner
- Be non judgemental
- Are you a parent - pass what you have learnt on
- Willing to learn about mental health, emotional, physical and diagnosed difficulties the family are facing
- Have passion, compassion and dedication
