We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join a lovely Nursing Home in Crosby

What you'll do: You'll work closely with the Home Manager and all staff in the home to effectively manage all aspects of the Nursing Home. You will ensure residents are given the best care and support and that staff are performing their duties as required.
What you'll bring:
Nursing qualification and current PIN with excellent clinical awareness
Strong staff management experience
Good teamworking skills
Previous, recent experience in elderly Nursing Homes along with good networking and interpersonal skills.
A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards is required.
