Into Play has been established for over 30 years and enjoys an outstanding reputation. We are looking for a passionate, qualified individual to join our busy team at Into Play @ Barnwood situated on Barnwood Road, Gloucester.
This is a full-time, permanent role, and consists of 41 ¼ hours per week on a Rota basis (between the hours of 7.30 a.m. – 6.00 pm for 52 weeks of the year (nursery closes for 1 week at Christmas & all bank holidays)
Role Purpose/ Key Objectives
· To support the Pre School-Lead and help inspire a team in a child-centered environment which is FUN.
· Ensure the children are cared for in a safe, educationally stimulating way helping them reach their full potential.
· To build excellent relationships with parents/carers and be able to record progress and feedback regularly.
· Implement Into Play’s policies and procedures with an emphasis on safeguarding as set down by the local Safeguarding Board.
· Deliver and uphold Into Play’s Vision & Core Values on an ongoing basis.
· Provide support to the Nursery Manager, Room Leaders & the team.
