We are recruiting a Registered Manager who is

Driving license and own vehicle essential

Ideally you will have experience as a CQC Registered Manager and in domiciliary care. However, we would like to speak to anyone who feels they have the potential.

·                                To manage the day-to-day operations of the organisation

·                                To lead and manage the organisation in the director’s absence

·                                To create a culture of continuous learning and improvement

·                                To ensure staff have the values & capabilities to thrive in their job

·                                To recruit staff who meet the current and future needs of the organization

·                                To assist the Director to support the organization out of hours
