We are a thriving, busy, team in a diverse nursery setting. Knowledge and understanding of supporting children with EAL and SEN needs is very beneficial.
Caerleon Childcare operate a strict Safer Recruitment process in line with our Safeguarding policy. Success in this role will be subject to a Full Enhanced DBS Check and a complete interview and induction process. A 6 month probationary period will apply to all.
Requirements:
Full and Relevant Early Years Qualification at Level 2&3
Sound knowledge of EYFS
Willingness to undertake any training deemed necessary by the Management Team
Ability to guide, nurture and develop your staff team.
Understanding of Safeguarding
Strong communication skills with children, staff and families.
Experience of working in a Nursery setting is required

Salary: £11.67 per hour
(7.30-6pm; 7.30-1pm or 1pm-6pm we would be happy to explore options. We could sometime be flexible with 5.30pm finishes if the candidate was right)
