We are looking for a passionate, experienced Room Leader to join our team here at Greyfriars Day Nursery.

Requirements;

• NVQ Level 3+ in Childcare
• Full time
• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• Room leader experience preferred
• Clear DBS

You will need:

To effectively organise the daily routine of the room, be nurturing and passionate about education and practice with a drive to make a real difference to the children/families in your care embracing our nursery vision ‘Growing Life in all its fullness’.

To work with your team to deliver fun and interesting planned activities for the children.

SENDCo certificate/experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

To lead your team by role modelling, provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure the highest standard of care.

You will have the freedom to be creative and bring new ideas and activities within the nursery ethos and vision. Our nursery rooms have environments that are natural and environmentally friendly at their core. We also have a large and enticing garden that our children enjoy regularly throughout their day.
