We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team in the care home industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in care homes and possess strong leadership skills to support the care team in delivering exceptional service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the care team, ensuring high-quality care is provided to residents
- Develop and implement individualised care plans for residents
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Collaborate with the nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents' well-being
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A compassionate and caring approach towards residents
- Relevant qualifications in health or social care
