E-Care Implementer

This role is a remote role, with regular travel to any of our care homes. 18 Months FTC.

Barchester has an exciting few years ahead. The continued successful achievement of our quality of care and commercial targets and the opening of 10 New Build care homes per year for the next three years taking our portfolio of homes and hospitals to just over 270 across the UK.

Due to Barchester's successful growth, we have invested in several new systems to be implemented across the business that will support every colleague across all our services to help improve resident and patient experience.

The E-Care implementer will support the national implementation of the E-care projects workingcollaboratively with the project team to ensure that the projects meets the strategic objectives and organisational agenda which is sustainable, supports quality and productivity.

This role will involve working in our homes across the Division leading the implementation of our E-Care roll-out digital solution EnabLE.

Travel is frequent across the Divisions supporting all homes within the aligned region.

Experience and skills required:

Up to date best practices

Regulatory requirements

E-care solutions or similar

NMC registration or Experienced Senior carer in social care setting.

Evidence of continuing professional/personal development

Change management

Audits and reports on quality issues

Positively manages change

Develops own skills and abilities

Multi-tasker

Practices in a person-centered way

Coaching skills

Experience with electronic care planning solutions
