Job Requirements / Description
- To provide a high standard of care in an efficient, kind and respectful manner, preserving the dignity & respect of the resident at all times.
- To provide support & assistance for residents including personal hygiene, dressing, nutrition & social needs.
- To ensure, in conjunction with other members of the team that the physical, emotional & social well being of the residents are maintained.
- To maintain a clean, tidy environment.
- To assist with recreational and social activities.
- To maintain the high standards of the home.
- To follow CQC guidance and legislation.
- To follow company policies and procedures.
- To raise queries/concerns to line managers/company promptly.
Essential skills/Experience
Experience is preferred but not essential.
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Enjoy challenges with a variety of daily tasks.
Good communication, ablility to engage with residents.
Desire to ensure good quality care is given.
Positive approach, able to work as a team.
