Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Effectively incorporate the EYFS guidelines when planning activities.
• Recognize the significance of assessment and ensure that all children receive the required progress checks as mandated.
• Maintain comprehensive records of your assigned children's development and learning journeys, and share them with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Participate in activities outside of regular working hours, such as training sessions and staff meetings.
• Foster strong relationships with the team, children, and parents/caregivers.
