No experience necessary, however due to the nature of the work we do in the community, we do require all candidates to hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. Please note, we are unfortunately unable to offer the position to anyone requiring a sponsorship.
While many companies only pay Care Assistants for contact time, we believe you should be paid for every minute you work, so we pay for both travel time and mileage. We also increase your pay for working over the weekend and bank holidays.
On average, travel time equates to 10% of your working time, so put simply, working for a company that doesn't pay travel time means you'll be unpaid for 10% of every working day. On a 6 monthly average our care experts are earning an average hourly rate of £15.60 per hour

- £12.80ph Weekdays
- £13.80ph Weekends
- £25.60ph Bank Holidays
- PLUS travel time paid at £11.44ph AND mileage paid at 40p per mile.
