As a result we're recruiting for a Team Lead in West Cardiff + North Vale who will be responsible for:
?Management of the care staff
?Defining care packages
?Assessing risks and ensuring care delivery remains compliant
?Help drive the growth and quality of the care in your area

You must be flexible between the hours of 07:00 – 23:00 on 5 days out of 7, on a rota basis that meets the needs of the people we support, including weekends and Bank Holidays. When applying for a full-time role, you will be expected to work between 30-37.5hrs per week. You will discuss the expectations of the role during interview which will be documented, and further formalised in your employment contract if you are successful in your application.
