Our client is currently seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their fantastic Montessori Nursery situated near Catford. They are in search of an individual who is deeply committed to delivering top-quality early years education and care for young children to support their development. This setting has a maximum of 12 children at any one time, the standard of care is immensely high!
Key responsibilities for this role include delivering exceptional learning experiences and care, planning and executing effective teaching and learning strategies, ensuring the safety and overall well-being of the children, maintaining open and effective communication with colleagues and parents/carers to meet the unique needs of each child, and conducting accurate developmental assessments of the children.
Successful applicants must hold a childcare qualification as minimum of a Level 3 or its equivalent in Early Years, and they should possess a strong passion and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
