Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of an outstanding nursery who are looking to employ a motivated and passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner with a genuine love for working in Early Years for their setting based in Taunton. This role could also be shared between 2 Practitioners. The setting offers a full and rich experience for each individual child and provides a stimulating, fun and safe environment
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have good communication skills with children, parents and colleagues and be able to work as part of a highly dedicated team, providing a high standard of Care, Learning and Play in line with the EYFS. You will undertake the role of a Key Person taking on responsibilities such as planning, observation and assessment using Tapestry (online development journal) as well as have good understanding of the EYFS, SEND and safeguarding.
