In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care within your assigned area, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to live fulfilling lives at home.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Excellence:
o Optimize staff schedules to ensure consistent care coverage
o Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
o Conduct client reviews and satisfaction surveys
o Manage risk and safeguarding concerns
· Team Leadership & Development:
o Ensure staff compliance with training and regulations
o Conduct performance appraisals and foster professional growth
o Resolve staff issues and concerns
o Participate in recruitment and retention efforts
· Administrative & Reporting:
o Manage staff holiday requests
o Submit weekly reports to the Registered Manager
o Maintain required working hours within your area
