The support is delivered in Newcastle Under Lyme and Stoke On Trent. Our senior care assistants are involved in the following


  • Initial assessments
  • Writing person centred support plans and risk assessments
  • Completing check on our staff team
  • Audits
  • Reviews and professional meetings


Senior care assistants are also required to build positive relationships with vulnerable adults, enhance their independence, improve their quality of life and help them become participating members of their community, if that's you then please get in touch.Full time contract guaranteed hours 32 hours. 16hrs providing domiciliary care and 16hrs senior care duties with flexibility around shifts.

What we are looking for

  • The ability to build positive professional relationships with service users and colleagues
  • Someone who offers consistent and friendly support the attention to detail
  • Good judgement and sense of responsibility with limited supervision
  • Experience of working with people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities would be vulnerable but not essential for the role
  • Must be a car driver
  • Rate of paye £13.25 ph

We provide full training in preparing our candidates for their role and we pay candidates to complete their training.

We are not an agency, we are a Care Provider contracted with numerous councils, as such we can guarantee your hours and give you a run that is carefully planned so we will not send you all over Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme. Your work will be planned to ensure you routinely work with the same customers which helps you, our future staff members, to provide high quality, consistent care.
