Nursery Practitioner

Happy Tykes Preschool provides a high standard of care for children aged 2 to 11. We are open from 7.30am until 6pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a kind, caring, enthusiastic practitioner to join the team here at Happy Tykes.

We have 2 buildings on site which cater from age 2 plus. This job role is for Brite Sparks building which caters for age 3yrs+ (1 full year before school) Experience would be beneficial with extensive insight into EYFS and safeguarding knowledge. 

Requirements;

• 39 hours per week (mon 8am-4pm tues 8.30am-5.30pm wed 8.30am-4pm thur 8am-5.30pm Fri 8.30am-4pm)
• Level 3 minimum
• Full Time 39 weeks per year paid on a Pro rata basis over 52 weeks (Term time only)

We are also looking to recruit a 2nd practitioner to join the team on a maternity cover basis. (Maternity cover from 9^th December - July 2025. Working in our Tweenie building catering for ages 2-3yrs. Candidates will need a good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures - experience preferred.)
