About the Role:

We are currently looking for Carers to provide person-centred care to our clients in their own homes.
As a Carer, you will play a vital role in the care of patients. Working with support from more senior healthcare professionals, you will take care of the day-to-day needs of patients by providing help with personal care, meals and mobility.
Areas Covered:
- Aldershot, Farnham, Camberley, Farnborough, Ash, Yateley, Tongham
Shifts:
- Morning, lunch, tea and bedtime. Our shifts run between 7.45am and 8.30pm
Hourly Rate:
- £12 per hour
- 45p per mile
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Carrying out a range of housekeeping duties
• Performing basic medical tasks, such as taking a patient’s temperature, pulse, respiration rate, administration of medication.
• Serving meals and helping to feed patients.
• Helping patients to move around.
• Talking to patients and making them comfortable.
• Providing support in maintaining personal care including infection prevention and control, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety
• Promoting positive mental, physical, nutritional health with patients.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Experience caring for vulnerable individuals
• Excellent ability to communicate, build and maintain interpersonal relationships
• Ability to demonstrate good personal qualities including a warm friendly and cheerful disposition, empathetic, caring and kind nature.
• Ability to adapt and address situations quickly
• A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
