Are you passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development? We are seeking Level 3 qualified nursery practitioners to join our dedicated team in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children in our nursery.


Position Overview:

As a Level 3 qualified nursery practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and education to children aged 3months - 5 years. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, supporting children's learning and development, and ensuring their health and safety. Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals will be key to creating a positive and inclusive nursery environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, observations, and any relevant incidents.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and implementing appropriate procedures.
  • Support children's personal care needs with sensitivity and respect.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
