Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse
Nurse Seekers is proud to be recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner on behalf of a fantastic private Nursery based near Calthwaite, Cumbria. The successful candidate must be an energetic and passionate individual with a real passion for childcare and want to work with children to fulfil their greatest potential!
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care.
· Plan and provide effective teaching and learning.
· Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Look upon the nursery, as a “whole” where can your help be most utilised? Be constantly aware of the individual needs of all children
· Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
· Make accurate and effect assessments of the children during the stages of development
- Operate a programme of activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children in your area in conjunction with other team members
- Support all staff and engage in a good staff team
- Uphold standards within the Setting by adhering to all policies and procedure.
- To develop your role within the team especially with regard as a key worker.
- To keep a proper record of achievement file on key children, for parents/carer
- Work alongside parents/carers of special needs children to provide full integration in the Setting.
