We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Stockport Manchester on a permanent basis and bank hours. We are looking for a support worker to work shifts-Mon, Wed, Fri, alternate Sat and Sun. 11:00-17:00 with a male individual who has brain injury. Our client is a bubbly individual that loves exercising and getting outside.
For this role you must be able to drive as well as have access to your own vehicle with business insurance on.
Working Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11am-5pm
Alternate Sat and Sun 11am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with personalised routines.

Assisting with care programme.

Assisting with household cleaning.

Providing emotional support and companionship.

Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.

Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
-
Experience of epilepsy management
-
Nonsmoker
-
Enjoys exercising

Driver with business insurance on their own vehicle

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Training & Background Checks:
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
