We are looking for a kind, caring, enthusiastic practitioner to join the team hear at Outdoor Owls. We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As a Forest School Nursery Educator at our Cobham setting (KT11 1HB) you will be working with our supportive and passionate team creating our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.


Requirements;

  • Driver (MUST)
  • Weather resilient - we're full time outdoors, come rain or shine, across all seasons
  • 4 day week with an on-call day (if they're not called before 8am, they have the day off - this happens less than once a month). On-call stays the same unless we need to change on ad hoc occasions (other team on annual team, sickness etc)
  • Hours are 7:30am-5:45pm so the commute has to be reasonable for them 
  • Possibility to grow the responsibilities should they perform well as an Educator
  • Salaries up to £27k yearly depending on qualifications and experience
