A new opening has arisen in our team to provide support for a young adult in Wilmslow, Cheshire. After suffering a brain injury from when he was born he is now visually impaired and needs assistance with his religious routines as well as being taken out into the wider neighbourhood.
Working Hours:
You will be a part of a team carrying out care across the weekdays in the evenings - these times are yet to be confirmed due to other schedules needing to be put in place first but it will be helping after he finishes up at his college scheme.
Key Duties:
- Engaging with bespoke routines.
- Providing emotional support and company.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Work in partnership with a range of healthcare experts and family members to ensure complete care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.

Training & Background Checks:
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
