Nära Nurseries Limited is a small group of children’s nurseries established in 2022, with the vision to build the most inclusive community of children, educators and families, united by our uncompromising values, and determination to ensure a better future for all.
The following roles are 38 hours per week over 4 days, Monday – Friday 51 weeks of the year.
Pay depends on qualifications and experience.
• Nursery Educators and Senior Nursery Educators (Level 2 / 3 +) £10.50 – 12.71
• Room leader / 3rd in Charge x 1 (Level 2 / 3 +) £11.60 – 13.32

Responsibilty :
- Promoting and exemplifying the purpose, mission, vision and values of Nara Nurseries at all times.
- Ensuring excellence in early childhood education and care, which is recognised through excellent Ofsted inspection outcomes.
- Leading and inspiring team members within their immediate room and within the wider nursery.
- Being a key member of the nursery leadership team, supporting the nursery management team in all aspects of nursery operations.
- Driving exceptionally high standards, facilitating a continuous improvement culture and being a professional and enthusiastic role model.
Requirements :
- Full time 8.00 - 18.00pm (38 hours over 4 days) Mon - Fri
- Level 3 in Childcare
- Senior practitioner / Room leader experience
