Brain Injury Support Worker

In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to a young adult in his 20s that is living by himself in his own adapted flat. He will need support with travelling to his course at college as well as being taken to hydrotherapy. There will be an aspect of medication management involved too. 

Working Hours:

You that will be responsible for working the following:

Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering personalised care and support to client with health conditions.
• Assisting with daily living activities.
• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
